Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to try your product. If it doesn't work for you, just send it back and we'll give you a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on us: we'll send you a free prepaid return label.

To be eligible, the item must be returned complete, with all its parts and accessories, and without damage beyond normal use. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at support@lunessishop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Within 1–2 business days, we'll reply with a free prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We can't accept items sent back without first requesting a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@lunessishop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards can't be returned. Items marked as final sale on their product page can't be returned either. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@lunessishop.com.
